About

BleachBot is a Discord bot you add to a server. By adding or using the bot, you agree to this policy. This policy describes what data the bot processes to function. The bot is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or with the Bleach franchise.

Data the bot processes

• Discord identifiers: server (guild) IDs, channel IDs and user IDs, used to target commands and store per-server settings.
• Command content: the text you send as a command is processed to produce a response. It is not stored beyond what is needed to answer.
• Configuration: per-server settings (such as prefixes or enabled features) you set through the bot's commands.

BleachBot does not read or store the general content of your conversations and does not collect data for advertising.

How data is used

Only to run the requested commands and remember the settings of each server. Data is never sold or shared with third parties, except the hosting infrastructure required to run the bot.

Data retention & deletion

Stored settings are kept while the bot is in your server. Removing the bot from a server, or asking us, deletes the associated stored data.

Children

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service, which require users to be at least 13 (or the age of digital consent in their country).

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
